Our Grapes and their Wines
All of our wines our made from grapes sourced from our vineyards or those of our neighbors here in El Dorado, which is located two hours north of San Francisco. Nestled in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada, the El Dorado AVA, ranges in elevation from 1,000 to 3,500 feet and its soils range from loamy sand to decomposed granite. Better known for its Gold Rush heyday, winemakers are taking a shine to the diversity the region has to offer. We are proud to be part of the grape growing and wine making community whose members let the grapes do the talking but also are open to experimentation.
